Support your Brothers and Sisters at Verizon
Verizon demands include:
-Continued contracting out of work to low-wage contractors, which means more outsourcing of good jobs overseas.
-Eliminating disability benefits for workers injured while on the job.
-Eliminatoin of all job security provisions.
-Freezing pensions for current workers, and elimiating them for future workers.
-Replacing the current high quality health care plan with a high deductable plan requiring up to $6,800.00 in additional costs.
Meanwhile Verizon is doing just fine.
-2011 annualized revenues are 108 billion and annualized new profits are $6 Billion.
-Verzon wireless just paid its parent company and Vodaphone a $10 billion dollar dividend.
-Verizon's top 5 executives recieved compensation of $258 million over the past four years.

Show your support for your brothers and sisters at Verizon and send a strong message about our expectations in the 2012 CenturyLink negotiations
CWA & IBEW are currently in negotiations with Verizon for more than 40,000 workers.
These negotioations will set the tone for the bargining within the Telecommunicatin industry,
including CenturyLink.
